Scrollable list of all live notifications (newest first) — the history view behind the header bell (§NS-6).

In the namespace toast. Declared in src/libs/libwidgets/notification/NoticeHistoryPanel.hpp.

Detailed description

A view over ToastManager: rebuilds on historyChanged, renders each record with the same NoticeWidget card as the live toasts, offers per-entry dismiss and a Clear All. Reusable: shown as a popup by NoticeBellButton, but can be embedded anywhere (or wrapped in a full-screen activity later).

Each card shows the full text of its notice, which the user can select and copy. A click on a toast opens the panel with that notice highlighted and scrolled into view (ToastManager::open(), §NS-2.11).
