ToastManager

App-wide toast notification model — the single source of truth.

In the namespace toast. Declared in src/libs/libwidgets/notification/ToastManager.hpp.

Detailed description

Owns the live notification records, coalesces duplicates, always logs (so there is a permanent record independent of toast retention and so callers are safe when headless), and enforces the 3-hour retention cap. The visible on-screen stack (ToastHostOverlay) and the history/bell are views that subscribe to the signals below — the manager itself owns no widgets and works fine with no UI at all.
