inventory

What a node knows of its hardware: its devices, its load and its health (work-placement §WPN-9).

Detailed description

Classes

Class What it is
CoreClass Cores of one kind (schema 2, monitor-facts-column §MFK-3): P or E on a hybrid CPU, big or little on ARM, all cores on a uniform CPU
GraphicsAdapter One device as a graphics API lists it (work-placement §WPN-9a)
HealthProbe Reads the temperatures and the health of the hardware into a `NodeHealth` (monitor-facts-column §MFD-7c)
InventoryService One per node: builds `NodeInfo`, measures the machine once per hardware fingerprint, and publishes `NodeLoad` about once a second (work-placement §WPN-9)
InventoryWorker Thread side of `InventoryService`: it owns the sampler and every `/proc` read the inventory makes (monitor-async-sampling §MSA-C-5)
NodeHealth Temperatures and the health of a node's hardware: an immutable value (monitor-facts-column §MFD-7b)
NodeInfo What a node has: an immutable value (work-placement §WPN-2, §WPN-3)
NodeLoad How much of what a node has is in use now: an immutable value (work-placement §WPN-2, §WPN-4)
