Detailed description

One temperature reading. `kind` is one of `cpu`, `cpu-die`, `dimm`, `drive`, `gpu`, `gpu-junction`, `gpu-memory`, `nic`, `battery`, `board`. A real 0 °C is a reading: an unknown sensor is not in the list at all.
