TxStreamStrategy

Abstract transmit strategy — encapsulates how bytes flow out the port.

Detailed description

Concrete strategies:

- SimpleTxStrategy: fire-and-forget. sendImmediate writes directly. Streaming is unsupported. - DripfeedTxStreamStrategy: paced drip-feed of a multi-line payload. Pacing comes from a per-connection LineStreamConfig (ack/delay/ free, ack regex, line ending, etc.); the default config reproduces the previous GRBL-flavoured behaviour exactly.

The tab widget owns one strategy per console tab, creates it based on the selected mode, and re-creates it on mode change.
