SerialConnectionListActivity

Per-Node list of saved serial connections.

Detailed description

ItemManagerActivity subclass with a SerialConnectionBook adapter over SerialConnectionStore. Identity is UUID-based; the user-visible label and the port/baud subtitle are rendered via itemLabel() and rowSubtitle(). New synthesises an id and pushes SerialActivity immediately so the user lands in the editor. "Open console" is an extra action that pushes SerialConsoleActivity for the selected id.
