SerialConnectionBook

Book adapter over SerialConnectionStore.

Detailed description

Lets SerialConnectionListActivity share the ItemManagerActivity list/CRUD UX. Connections are keyed by their stable UUID (id); the user-visible name is a separate field exposed via ItemManagerActivity::itemLabel() in the activity.

Rename, import, and export are intentionally rejected here — the list activity also returns false from canRename/canImport/canExport, so these paths are never reached. Override on the activity side rather than implementing them in the Book.
