The Claude Code stream transport as an ILLMDriver: one StreamSession, on the subscription of the machine (trove-parts §TPN-4).

Detailed description

The driver has the Session facet and no Completion facet. start() checks the program and the folder, and starts the version read of ClaudeCodeVersion on a worker thread. It never waits for that read. The session holds its first prompts until the answer arrives (StreamSettings::checkVersionFloor). Below the version floor, each turn fails with a message that names both versions. The process starts with the first prompt of the session.

It is the one Claude Code transport of the tree: the PTY transport retired in trove-parts phase 8, after each of its features had a row in the parity matrix (§TPX-4, TPX-28). The capability StructuredUsage lets a caller ask a DriverManager for this transport over another Session driver.
