Reads the version of the installed Claude Code once, and compares it with the floor of the stream transport (trove-parts §TPN-4).

Detailed description

The stream transport needs Claude Code 2.1.259 or later, because an unattended session passes --permission-prompts none and older versions do not know that flag (§TPR-7). The part runs claude --version once per program and keeps the answer for the life of the process, which is the life of the door host. Below the floor, checkFloor() gives a message that names the version found and the floor, so that the operator knows what to update.

The read runs on a worker thread of the global thread pool. The door host starts it when it opens its sessions (readInBackground()), and StreamDriver::start() starts it too. No caller waits for it: a stream session asks with whenKnown() and starts its process when the answer arrives. The part has no call that waits for the read, so that no caller on the GUI thread can wait for it.
