LibraryListTask

The `construct.library.*` tasks: the management of the user's library items, as the finder does it (definition-picker-library §DPLA-10).

In the namespace construct::opal. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/opal/LibraryTasks.hpp.

Detailed description

They act through registry::DefinitionLibrary, the functions of the finder's selection bar and Delete key, so OPAL is refused where a person is, with the same messages. A rename and a tag pass the publish gate of item 12. No task deletes for good or empties the Trash (ruling 13). Scene definitions keep `construct.definition.*`.
