Rename, tags, the Trash and restore for the user's library items (definition-picker-library §DPLA-5, §DPLA-6).

In the namespace construct::registry. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/registry/DefinitionLibrary.hpp.

Detailed description

The finder's selection bar, its Delete key and the `construct.library.*` tasks act through here. A built-in is never changed, and a scene's definition belongs to its document, whose ops change it with undo.
