What the app knows about a tet volume's elements (opal-scene-facts §OSF-3).

Detailed description

The quality numbers are the ones the Tet ▸ Quality summary toast and the solve dialog show: TetElementScalars::qualitySummary (the edge ratio, shortest edge over longest, 1 for a regular tetrahedron) and mesh::process::tetQualityReport (dihedral angles, slivers). They are taken in the item's own frame, as the toast takes them. The volume and the bounds are in world millimeters.
