RenderStream

One render stream: per drawn vertex, `width` floats of display data (field-presentation §FVG-1).

In the namespace construct::asset. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/asset/RenderStream.hpp.

Detailed description

Immutable once built and shared: two presentations that read `stress` share one copy, and a new pointer is the change signal. A stream holds the inputs of a kernel, never its output.
