The `raybench framebench report` verb — §RP-M6.

Detailed description

The §RP-M4 bench driver (testConstructShadingBackendParity:: benchSceneFrames, env OCTOMY_BENCH) writes one row per frame into the `framebench` test set of a lab::TestDB, with the §RP-M5 environment stamp in each session's params_json. This verb reads those rows back and prints the comparison the spec asks for. Averages do not appear: the render loop's distribution is long-tailed, and a mean hides the tail the user feels.
