Detailed description

qhttp holds what the server and the client share: the stream base classes qhttp::QHttpAbstractInput and qhttp::QHttpAbstractOutput, the header map, the method and status enumerations, and the backend type that selects TCP or a local socket. The server is in qhttp::server and the client is in qhttp::client.
