The reference pages of the Construct definitions in an export.

Detailed description

`construct definitions render –out <dir>` writes one marked image of each definition and `definitions.json` (white-label-docs X7). The site export turns them into pages: one page for each definition, with its image, its summary, its family and its id, and an index of the folder by family (§WLO-A10g). The pages exist only in the export, because the images are the edition's: a korall export holds korall's renders.
