Detailed description

A derived result carries the key of the inputs that made it: the bake key for a mesh, the solve key for a solve. An item keeps its last results by key: the mesh results under meshResults, the solves in the solve history. When an undo or a redo brings back inputs, followOps() gives the derived writes that show the cached result of those inputs again, with no run.
