Native code for the running process: in-process compilation with the vendored LLVM, loading, and cancellation.

Detailed description

construct::native::NativeCompiler compiles C++ source or LLVM IR to a shared library, or links LLVM IR into the running process. The namespace also holds the loader that opens a compiled library and resolves its symbols, the watchdog that interrupts JIT code that does not return, and the projection of an asset-pantry bundle as an LLVM virtual file system.

libeval, the construct editor, libfixo and libfirmware use it.
