Detailed description

The first frames of a producer show the background only, while its SDF pipelines compile. On a cold pipeline cache that took 16.7 s for one pipeline (the website export of 2026-10-13), and four gizmo scenes and the scenes with the same fixed wait of 120 ticks of 25 ms gave up after 3 s and showed their placeholder. So the wait follows the producer: it ticks while a frame says that a build is pending, up to kPipelineBuildDeadlineMs, and after that at most kSettleTicks more ticks for the model to show.
