Detailed description

Push the FixoWizard with a template pre-selected AND its Page 3 form pre-filled. Accepts a name parameter (the template id) and a values parameter — a JSON object of parameter-name → value. Each value is validated against the template's declared parameter types before launch; on success the wizard lands directly on Page 3 (TemplateConfigurePage) with the form populated.
