WebSessionOptions

Detailed description

Every default is the PRIVATE choice. A caller that wants the ambient behavior does not need a session at all, so the defaults here serve the reason someone made one.

At namespace scope rather than nested in WebSession: GCC refuses a nested struct with member initializers as a default argument of the enclosing class's constructor, because the class is incomplete there.
