ChildEnvironment

The environment a child process starts with.

In the namespace utility::process. Declared in src/libs/libutil/utility/process/ChildEnvironment.hpp.

Detailed description

The code base reads no environment variable (AGENTS.md, and the [no-environment-variables](../../../../../content/doc/internal/specs/no-environment-variables/index.md) spec). Some children read nothing else, though: `git` takes `GIT_TERMINAL_PROMPT` and has no configuration equivalent on the versions we support, the third-party `claude` CLI decides its authentication and session nesting from variables, and Qt's FFmpeg plugin inside our own codec-probe child takes `QT_FFMPEG_ENCODING_HW_DEVICE_TYPES`.

This class is the one place that builds such an environment, and the ONE call to `QProcessEnvironment::systemEnvironment()` in the tree (§NEV-A2a). It never reads a variable to decide anything: what it can read back is what a caller put in, so a test can check a scrub without planting variables in its own process.
