Detailed description

TryToggleIcon provides an icon button with the six ChannelButtonState states: DISABLED_OFF, DISABLED_ON, OFF, GOING_ON, ON, and GOING_OFF. Disabled states show at 50% opacity, transient states blink between on/off colors.

The pulse() method triggers a brief scale-pop animation for activity indication on channels that are ON.

pulseScale property

pulseScale : qreal

This property holds the scale factor of the icon, which the pulse animation drives.

The widget paints the icon at this factor times its normal size, centered. 1.0 is the normal size and the default. pulse() animates the property up to 1.15 and back to 1.0 in 350 ms.
