Detailed description
A Toolchain bundles the target triple/CPU, the sysroot handle, the resolved Component list and the artefacts each component contributes. ToolchainRegistry persists Toolchain instances keyed by triple+CPU+source hash so a previously-built toolchain is rehydrated instead of re-bootstrapped.
