Test/fixture compiler that records calls without doing real work.

Detailed description

`compileObject` and `archive` always succeed and append their requests to internal counters/lists so tests can assert the recipe issued the expected build steps. Useful for verifying that ctx.compiler is wired correctly without dragging in libllvm.
