toolchain::ComponentBuildContext

Per-build state handed to each Component's recipe callable.

Detailed description

Bundles up the CompilerInterface implementation, the chosen sysroot handle, the target triple/CPU, and any per-multilib parameters the recipe needs. Recipes accept this by reference and don't allocate anything else — all build-shaped state flows through here.
