NoticeSummary

Collects the findings of one run and posts them as one notice, with one line for each kind of finding.

Detailed description

A run that finds the same problem in many things gave one notice for each finding: a scene load with 30 items of an old form gave 60 notices (owner, 2026-10-21). Collect the findings here, then post() one notice. Each line names the kind, its count and the first kSubjectsShown subjects, so the notice is a summary. The full text of the notice names every subject: a click on the toast opens it in the notifications panel.

A finding has a kind, and optionally a subject and the noun of the subject. addText() reads the form <tt><Noun> "<subject>": <kind></tt>, which the scene parser writes, so a list of texts groups with no other work. The notice does not keep each finding: the caller logs them in full.
