toast::NoticeStack

An inline stack of notice cards in a layout, newest on top.

Detailed description

NoticeStack is the embedded, persistent host for notices. It replaces the old NoticeList and NoticeLabel widgets, and it uses the same NoticeWidget card as the transient toasts. A panel adds it to its layout like any other widget, and the stack owns its cards as child widgets.

append() adds a card the user can close, and the card deletes itself when closed. setNotice() gives replace-current semantics for a host with a single status: it clears the stack and adds one card the user cannot close. cardsChanged() tells a host that places the stack over another widget to anchor it again.
