NoticeScope
A status card for as long as this object lives (§NS-2.10).
In the namespace toast. Declared in src/libs/libwidgets/notification/NoticeStack.hpp.
Detailed description
For work the user waits on — a scene being built, a tree operation. The card appears when the scope begins and goes when it ends, so it cannot outlive the work: the old busy row of the scene tree had no end, hid on the next tree rebuild, and needed a 15-second watchdog for work that rebuilt nothing. It is not closable, and it shows an unknown amount of progress until setStep() gives one.
The card repaints at once, because the work it announces usually holds the GUI thread. A null stack makes the scope do nothing, so a caller never checks for one.
