TimecodeLabel
The app-wide position readout: one widget, one look, wherever a time or frame position is shown.

Declared in src/libs/libwidgets/components/TimecodeLabel.hpp.
Detailed description
Every timeline-ish surface grows its own little "where am I" label, and they drift — different fonts, different alignment, different formats, one showing decimal seconds and the next showing minutes. This is the shared one: tabular monospace digits so the text does not jitter as the value changes, and a single format per mode.
Two modes, matching the two things worth displaying:
Frames — SMPTE-style HH:MM:SS:FF, for anything with a frame grid (the animation timeline, render queues). Optionally followed by the raw frame index, which is what a user types into an expression. Millis — HH:MM:SS.mmm, for continuous media with no frame grid (audio). Samples convert via setSamples().
The formatting itself lives in utility::string alongside the rest of the app's human-readable formatters — this widget is presentation only, so a caller that just wants the text can format without a widget.
