TaikoProcessor
A physical model of a taiko drum.

Detailed description
A circular membrane models the drum head, and a modal resonator with a filter models the body. A short noise burst starts each strike. The node parameters set the tension, the size, the head damping, the gain, the body decay and the pitch drop on hard hits. A note strikes the drum with the Velocity and Position values, and a note off damps the head like a hand on it.
Member function documentation
setSampleRate
[override virtual] void TaikoProcessor::setSampleRate(int rate)
Follow the device: rate is the sample rate of the output device, in Hz. A rate of zero or less, or a rate equal to the current one, changes nothing.
Called by BahnPlayer::broadcastSampleRate once the speaker's format is known. Without it this drum stays at whatever ProcessorFactory guessed — 44100, always — and every mode sits 147 cents off at 48 kHz. That is inaudible in a drum, which is exactly why it survived here long enough to be copied into an instrument where it was not.
