Schema-driven bit-packed encoder/decoder for value vectors.

Detailed description

SyncClient pairs a SyncSchema (a sequence of SyncSchemaEntry descriptors) with a vector of SyncValue payloads and emits a compact binary representation suitable for over-the-wire transport. Each schema entry carries a TypeID-tagged width so the encoder bit-packs primitives down to their declared sizes rather than round-tripping through fixed-size containers.

The class is intentionally minimal: callers populate schema and the values (via setValues), then call encode to serialise or decode to round-trip. Errors land in errorString.
