Detailed description

⚠ It EMBEDS a `lab::RunRecord` rather than extending the type. liblab gains no field from this spec, and the embedded record travels to `lab::TestDB` exactly as the bench's own records do (§PSD-7). The five fields beside it are this library's, and they are written to `study_runs`.
