Detailed description

A point leaves this node only when every component is `Portable` (§PSE-4) and one of them costs more than `Cheap`: below that, the message, the lease and the transfer cost more than the work (§PSE-5). The request is the largest of each resource any component declares, because a graph evaluates its components one after another.
