Detailed description

The hub and the agent each register one StanzaManager with their activity loader, under the activity name StanzaManagerActivity, and load it lazily. When it is configured with a node, it takes the stanza template book from the node's fixo Library and lists it through the shared ItemManagerActivity surface. The library belongs to the node; the manager keeps a plain pointer to it and rescans it when the user asks for a refresh.

Opening an item pushes StanzaEditorActivity, which edits the stanza's per-pair transition durations.
