Incremental parser for W3C Server-Sent Events streams.

Detailed description

Accepts raw byte chunks from an HTTP response and incrementally parses them according to the W3C Server-Sent Events specification. Emits eventReceived() for each complete event and tracks the last event ID and reconnect time.
