Detailed description
SpeechControlWidget provides a text input area for typing messages to be spoken aloud, along with a history log and voice availability status indicator.
Supports two explicit modes: - LOCAL: speaks directly via VoiceManager/espeak on this device - REMOTE: sends text to an Agent via SpeechCourier over the network
