Detailed description

Carries the serial.io permission scope with confirmation policy EveryCall — sentient operators are prompted before each call. The line ending defaults to "\n" or to the connection's drip-feed-config line ending, and can be overridden per-call via the line-ending parameter.

Refused while a drip-feed run is active on the same session.
