SerialSendAndWaitTask

OpalTask: send a line, then wait for an RX regex match (or timeout).

Detailed description

Carries the serial.io permission scope with confirmation policy EveryCall. The expect-regex is matched against the whole RX buffer accumulated since the send completed (default "^.+", which returns on the first non-empty data). Bounded by timeout-ms.

The task spins a local QEventLoop on the worker thread, woken by SerialSessionManager::rxBytes; cancellation polls every 100 ms.
