SerialConsoleTab

One tab in the serial console — wraps a single QSerialPort.

Mobile-compact layout:

Connect is a plain checkable QPushButton. Edit opens the connection settings activity (port, baud, mode, display, delete). RX/TX activity is shown inline in the log instead of via separate indicator dots.
