ThreadOwned

A `T *` that remembers which thread may touch it.

Detailed description

Ownership is claimed by the thread that calls reset() with a non-null pointer, and released when it goes back to null — so a host that stops and restarts on a different thread re-claims cleanly rather than reporting against a thread that no longer exists.

Every accessor checks, except borrow(), which is the one sanctioned crossing and is named so it cannot be used by accident.
