PresentSyncWaits

An accumulated set of wait handles applied to a QRhi's next submit.

In the namespace rhi. Declared in src/libs/librhi/rhi/PresentSyncWaits.hpp.

Detailed description

Handles are the opaque `quint64` values `SharedTexture` already hands out; the caller never learns they are `VkSemaphore`. The object owns the storage because QRhi reads the array pointer when it submits, which is after the call that supplies it returns — so the holder must outlive `render()`.
