ReverbProcessor
A reverb that exposes every EAX reverb parameter and a dry/wet mix.

Detailed description
The processor wraps the EAX-compatible reverb engine from the audio library. Each node parameter is one byte that maps to the range of one EAX setting. The dry/wet parameter is not part of EAX: it mixes the input with the reverb output.

setSampleRate
[override virtual] void ReverbProcessor::setSampleRate(int rate)
Follow the device: rate is the sample rate of the output device, in Hz. A rate of zero or less, or a rate equal to the current one, changes nothing.
The rate reaches the reverb through a QAudioFormat, so the engine has to be re-initialised against the new one. Every delay line inside it is sized in samples, and a rate change retimes all of them at once.
