The session facet, forwarded (§RD-2.3).

Actions are one-way sends: `ISession` action calls mean accepted-for-dispatch rather than model-finished, which is exactly what a send over a link can honestly promise. Everything that comes back arrives as an event and is re-emitted unchanged.
