Detailed description

§SLT-1f — the same seed must produce the same verdict across runs, thread counts and machines, because a harness that is 99 % reproducible cannot license a parser change. The points are therefore generated by a stated integer hash of (seed, index), never by a system RNG, and the count is fixed rather than time-bounded.
