Detailed description
FixedImageOverlay extends ImagePoint to display an image that is stretched to fill a geographic bounding box. Unlike regular ImagePoint which displays at a fixed pixel size, FixedImageOverlay scales the image to always cover the area between upper-left and lower-right coordinates regardless of zoom level.
