Detailed description

QHttpClient provides HTTP client functionality for making requests to HTTP servers. Supports TCP and local sockets, connection timeouts, and async request/response handling.

timeOut property

timeOut : quint32

This property holds the lifetime, in milliseconds, of an established connection.

The client starts the timer when the socket connects, and closes the connection when the timer expires, whether a response is in progress or not. The timer does not restart on activity.

Set the value before the connection opens: a change does not affect a connection that is already established. The value 0 disables the timer, and 0 is the default.
