Detailed description

Second of two activities replacing the legacy internal `QStackedWidget` flow. The picker (`PresetTemplatePickerActivity`) pushes this activity with the chosen template name in `arguments[0]`; here we dynamically build the parameter form, validate on Create, run `PresetTemplate::instantiate()` against the collected values, and pop with the outcome.
