Detailed description

First of two activities replacing the legacy `PresetTemplateWizardActivity` internal `QStackedWidget` flow. Lists the templates from the configured `Library`'s `PresetTemplateBook` and pushes `PresetTemplateWizardActivity` (now scoped to the parameter form) with the chosen template name as the first push argument.
