PortableNodeID

Serializable node identity that can be shared between nodes.

Detailed description

PortableNodeID carries name, gender, NID, birth date, and node type in a versioned wire format (§IS-PS-2.3): `pnid:1:<base64url(json)>`. Used for QR encoding, pairing payloads, and the per-node passport.
